Ashleigh Gardner and Mitchell Marsh Claim Top Honors at Australia Cricket Awards

Mitchell Marsh received Allan Border Medalist 2024, while Ashleigh Gardner secured the Belinda Clark Award. Marsh showed splendid performance during the Ashes in England, making 441 runs at 49 during the ODI World Cup. Meanwhile, Gardner received the Belinda Clark Award for her exceptional performance. She also claimed 20 wickets in ODIs, and 19 wickets in T20Is and won the white-ball honors. Marsh received the award for Men’s ODI Player of the Year. Nathan Lyon won the Test Player of the Year, and Matt Short and Chamari Athapaththu received the BBL and WBBL player of the tournament, respectively. Cameron Bancroft and Sophie Day and Elyse Villani received the Men’s and Women’s Domestic Cricketer of the Year, respectively.
